Register by mail with the registration/waiver* form.

Make sure form is filled in completely, the WAIVER completed/signed,
and a check made payable to "The Dance Workshop" is attached.

, an alternate class will be suggested; also new classes will be added to quickly accommodate all students on waiting lists.

An annual $15.00, non-refundable, family registration fee is required.
Only one fee is paid per family, per year.

(Copy of Birth Certificate required for all Preschool & Kindergarten registrations.)

There are four (4), nine (9) week sessions in the studio dance year.
Tuitions listed are for 9-week sessions.

(Once you have registered and paid for Session I, you will be
billed accordingly prior to the beginning of Session II, III, and IV.
Tuition for Session II, III, and IV will be due on or
before the 1st day of class of the new session).
 

If more than one student is registering, please photocopy blank for for additional student(s).

REFUND POLICY and MISSED CLASSES: Registration Fees and Costume Fees are non-refundable.  No refunds or credits are made for absences, illiness, injury or withdrawal from class.  Students may make up missed classes in any appropriate existing class during the same session only, with permission of Director and/or Instructor.


CLASSES BEGIN TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2007
                       

The following schedule is subject to change:         

 Session I  - September 4th to November 4h
Session II  -  November 5th to January 27th
Session III -            January 28th to April 6th
Session IV -                 April 7th to June 8th


HOLIDAY SCHEDULE (subject to change):

Thanksgiving Break           =   Tuesday, Nov. 20th to Sunday, Nov. 25th
Christmas/Winter Break      =   Sunday, Dec. 23th to Sunday, Jan. 6th
Spring Break                      =    Tuesday, Mar. 25th to Sunday, March 30th
Memorial Day Holiday       =      Monday, May 26, 2008


 

FINAL PERFORMANCE 2008
Will be held a the Rialto Theater in Joliet.
The performances are scheduled for Sunday, June 8, 2008 at 11:00am and 3:00pm. 
Dress rehearsal is scheduled for Monday, June 2, 2008 
Dates and times are subject to change. 
Complete information will be passed out later in the year. 
Costume measuring will take place in Session II. 
COSTUME FEES of $50, per Preschool & Kindergarten class
and $60 per class 1st grade through Adult will be due prior to Christmas/Winter break.
