introductory to ballet, tap, and jazz ~ Tuesday/Thursday
(one-hour, per class)
JAZZ
WORKOUT
(Monday & Wednesday - teen/adult)
is a basic jazz, fast paced, cardiovascular, full-body workout
to increase dance or sport conditioning.
STRETCH & STRENGTHEN
JAZZ WORKOUT for 5th-7th
Grades ~ a class designed to prepare students for the rigors of
sports & poms with endurance and flexibility.
POINTE I
~
is for those who recently started Pointe.
Student must also take a ballet class.
DEMI-POINTE
designed for those dancers, age 11 and older, who
are looking for a way to prepare themselves to be on Pointe! It
is designed for those students who have had at least 3 years of
ballet and 11years old.
HIP HOP ~
ADULTS ONLY.. (age 20 +)
Same HipHop fun as the teens, but with Adults 20 years and
older.

~ stylized tap dance choreography specifically
for musical theater. Student must have had one-year of
